Shiraz
The wine has a vibrant red colour on release. It has blue fruits, spice, cedar characters on the nose. The palate has blueberry and dense blackberry flavours with an underlying licorice root character. The wine has an underlying spiciness and supple long tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine has a deep red colour on release. The wine has a concentrated forest floor, blackcurrant and dried herb aromas. The palate has intense blackcurrant and bramble flavours. Dried bay leaf, cassia wood and tobacco flavours add complexity to the palate. The palate is well balanced with supple tannins and long persistence.

Crafted from Riesling vines planted in 1968, on Mountadam’s western vineyard, this Riesling expresses lifted floral aromas. It has clean crisp citrus flavours and delicate minerality.

Established in 1972 , Mountadam High Eden Estate is one of Australia’s oldest cool climate Chardonnay vineyards. Situated on a unique rocky outcrop the estate commands an easterly aspect over Eden Valley. All fruit used to craft this wine is grown on the estate.
