Lifted and expressive, classic Gewurztraminer aromatics of rose petal, lychee and exotic spice layered with delicate citrus and floral notes. The palate is generous and textured with ripe tropical stone fruit characters balanced by bright acidity and a crisp finish
Three months of lees aging in barrel adds a subtle richness, savoury complexity and length while carefully preserving the aromatic purity and freshness of the fruit. Fine mineral characters emerge through the palate, providing definition beneath this generous fruit.
